I created Local Labs to be an incubator of my own ideas. A small but senior studio that blends CX consulting, product thinking, and hands-on invention.

I work on my own projects and occasionally with ambitious agencies & brands to fix broken journeys, launch smart tools, and build the kind of digital experiences customers actually want.

This is where I get my hands dirty building products, workflows, and technologies.
